COSTUMER ACCOUNT

Please check if you have entered your email address correctly. Have you entered your password correctly? Spaces are not allowed.

Click on ‘My Account’ > ‘Login’ in our online shop and then click on ‘Forgot password?’. Enter the email address you used to register with us, and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Click on ‘Login’ in our online shop and sign in with your email address and password. Under ‘Address Book,’ you can update your billing or shipping address or add additional delivery addresses to your account.

Creating a customer account comes with many benefits: You can always check the current status of your order as well as your previous orders.

  • Your addresses are automatically saved for future orders.
  • You can store multiple shipping addresses in an address book.
  • You can create wish lists in our online shop.
  • You can receive notifications when an out-of-stock product becomes available again
If you would like to delete your customer account, please contact us via the contact form.

ORDER

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple orders, as each order is processed immediately.

It is no longer possible to change your order after it has been placed.

As we forward all incoming orders to our logistics team immediately upon receipt to ensure the fastest possible processing, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.

As soon as your order has left our central warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking code by email. You can use this tracking code to check the status of your order at any time.

You can view your orders by logging into your customer account using your email address and password. They are listed under the ‘Orders’ section.
Please click on the unavailable item, enter your email address under ‘Join waiting list,’ and confirm it. You will then receive an email from us as soon as the item is available again.

VOUCHER

Vouchers can only be entered in the shopping cart during the checkout process. Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply them afterwards.,

Yes, unfortunately you will have to pay shipping costs multiple times if you place multiple orders, as it is not possible for us to combine them.
We usually deliver available items within 2–3 business days.
Unfortunately, express shipping is not available.
Unfortunately, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible due to security reasons of our shipping provider.

PAYMENT

We offer three payment methods in the ZOEPPRITZ 1828 online shop: PayPal, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), and ‘Sofort’ (instant bank transfer).
Select PayPal as your payment method during checkout, and you will be redirected directly to PayPal. There, log in with your PayPal account. In the event of a return, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.
We offer the option to pay with Visa or MasterCard.

For all payment transactions, we use the secure interface of the payment provider Unzer GmbH. All information during the payment process is encrypted using SSL, currently the most advanced security software for online transactions. This ensures the safety of your data.

“For orders from Germany, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, or Belgium, payment via ‘Sofort’ is available. You pay for your order in real time directly using your online banking details. The process is TÜV-tested and certified—you only need a bank account enabled for online banking with PIN/TAN authentication. We as the shop never have access to your account or your login details.”
Payment by invoice is not available.
Using our payment methods does not incur any additional costs for the customer.

Each order includes a delivery note, a cancellation form, and an invoice showing the applicable VAT in the package.
