ZOEPPRITZ 1828. Our Story

We are visionaries with an old soul. Our story began around 200 years ago with the brothers Jacob & Georg Zoeppritz and a shared vision: to enrich people’s lives with high-quality textiles.

With success. As the oldest weaving mill in Europe, we design extraordinary collections for living, sleeping, bathing and dressing.

We have been successful as a family business for generations. The prerequisite for this achievement is the mixture of courage, creativity and unconventional thinking with a special focus on our firm principles “Heritage, Quality & Passion”. They define our way of working, which today bears the signature of creative director Jan Alt.

FUTURE NEEDS ORIGIN

For us, heritage means competence & inspiration. We draw from our history a sovereignty with which we give character to our products. The traditional meander pattern expresses this claim and runs as a common thread through the collections.

QUALITY IS IN THE DETAILS

Since the 19th century, our textiles have been the result of consistent quality standards and durability – from the selection of raw materials to the perfection in processing. Our scarab beetle JAG symbolizes this commitment and can be found as a signet on all products.

RATHER DIFFERENT THAN INTERCHANGEABLE

In our team, people follow their passion for design, materials and colors. We have a desire to be different, to break boundaries and to reinvent ourselves again and again. Our textiles underline the personality of our community.
